Oh my gosh, where to start. Our dining room window and bathroom window needed replacing due to age. The dining room window is so clear now, the difference is amazing. The 48" x 48" window in our Master Bath was beginning to become milky and had a few spots where the gas leaked out between the panes. Read many good reviews about this company, so I went ahead and have them replace five glass panes. Unfortunately, in less than a month, they all began to sweat/show signs of condensation. Initially, I was told that they would be replaced and then they wanted to charge me $50 per window to replace them even though they had just installed them. No one ever came! I scheduled a consultation appointment online. 3 days later they got back with me and told me that date doesn’t work, and wanted to schedule 4 days later at 11 am. I said I had to work at 11am and the appointment needs to be after 3:30. So they replied back what about 3pm? We eventually settled on 3:45. Came out to give me a quote for three cracked glasses, technician gustavo told me that they will just change out the glass since the frames are all good. I agreed and he said he will send me a quote no later then tomorrow. One week later and no quote or call. I called and spoke to Amanda who said she will follow up.
