3 Months So far we have really enjoyed living here. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: -apartment was clean on arrival -great location with lots of trees for privacy from the golf course -good staff -maintenance is usually timely and does a good job -pool is an okay size -landscaping is well kept -people are friendly -lots of dogs but not a lot of barking -lots of parking, even for visitors -recycling and trash available close by -pleased with the size of the apartment, but it could have a little more storage -water temperatu... read more
Great Value I could not be happier with the apartment size, space, layout, and value. Upon moving in the apartment was so clean it felt brand new. The staff is helpful.
Leisurely Life at The Links We love living at The Links! High ceilings, large windows, spacious landscaping with huge trees and water features, pet friendly, well maintained pool and exercise room, courteous staff, and prompt response to maintenance calls. It's quiet here. We never hear our neighbors through the walls. It feels safe and private. Verified Renter It's cool. The apartments are decent. Too pricey, but decent for those who want to be close to downtown.
Roach city There is a serious pest problem, I have had roaches, 3 wasp nests, and ants in my apartment and deck area in the year I have lived here. I have reported the problems to the front and they will deny they have any pest problems despite photos and videos. They told me the roaches I had were water bugs and did nothing else. There’s also a big snake problem and me and my roommates killed a baby copperhead on the stairs.
