Verified Renter Great community.
DO NOT MOVE HERE If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. It seems since the new leasing agency has taken over that this place has fallen apart... tenants have become worse and worse by the month, they do no enforce parking but quick to enforce their rules on a trash can they FORCE you to use, pool is not managed(people walk in from surrounding neighborhood, sometime 10 deep) nor kept as clean as it should, trash is literally piled on the side of the road constantly because they refuse to get bigger trash cans or pay ... read more

Fair Overall, a fair community. It's somewhat clean and safe. Outer stairways are never cleaned, trash disposal is almost always overflowing and disgusting while you are still charged a month trash fee to leave your trash in a gross heap. Neighbors are very noisy and staff doesn't care. It's a good location for the price which is the only plus.
