It was a beautiful facility. Wonderfully decorated with high-end furnishings. The dining room was very lovely Michelle at the front desk was extremely kind, helpful and friendly. Although I think she was moving from the front desk to another position, a few of the aids were rough and unkind occasionally. She was on hospice and passed away in the facility NO ONE FROM THE ADMINISTRATION EVER CONTACTED ME TO SAY THEY WERE SORRY OR THANK YOU FOR LETTING THEM TAKE CARE OF HER OR WHAT CAN WE DO FOR YOU!. Stay on top of promises. Make sure your love one has someone verifying what is being done. I would recommend HarborChase of South Oklahoma City, just make sure to stay on top of things!
My parents were previously residents at HarborChase of South Oklahoma City. Overall, they were great to both mother and da.
My aunt has been here for 4 months now. I am so thankful we found Harbor Chase. She was in another facility that was supposed to be one of the best. However, they could not provide the higher level of care she needed. She is so much better and happier at Harbor Chase. It is also so cleaner. They clean every day. You can’t ask for a better place it’s beautiful well-maintained and the food is awesome. My friends family lives here and they just enjoy all of the wonderful activities and great things staff and management staff due for them. No one can ask for a better assisted-living and memory care. I am. Pleased to say that this community goes above and beyond and they really care about their residence. They deserve more than five stars.

I would say do not move your loved one in there. Unless they are totally independent and require no assistance. They just went under new ownership for hopefully that will help all of the issues. Trying to deal with the Director and the administrative people on financial issues with the accounts is a nightmare. Months to get anything. resolved.
