Love It Here I love living here at The Heights. I am a single mother and looked long and hard on the perfect place for my son and I to live. The Heights is full of friendly residents and staff. My son and I feel very safe with the security codes to enter the hall ways and entry ways of the building. Also, it is nice living at a location where there is a Kroger literally right next door along with restaurants, etc., and also the quick access to I-270 where you can quickly travel to any part of Columbus. Ok place with great location Close to the shops, Kroger, and a medical clinic. Walls are paper thin. Revolting smells come out of the opening around the washer/dryer pipes. Common areas are not well kept especially stained carpets.

Great Experience The rental experience at the Heights was more than I could have ever asked for. In particular the rental manager, Jennie B, made the experience incredible. She was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, organized, and personable and made this such a smooth experience it was a delight to go through. The amenities are great, the location good and the apartment space is very nice. Check it out!

Convenience of Suburbs -- Feels Like Chic Downtown Place The Heights at Worthington Place has passed every expectation! Application was easy, the online application, payments, and work orders are done online, too, so it fits my busy schedule. Being in Worthington, a lovely suburb with good schools, right next to all of the restaurants at The Worthington Mall is incredibly convenient. Vacation Home Everyday that we come home we feel like we are on vacation! The staff is super friendly, the apartments are all new, and modern in design. The balconies are very spacious with great views. Management does a great job communicating to residents about anything updates/changes/events happening. Within walking distance to several restaurants, a grocery store and easy access to 270!

Great facility, staff and amenities! The location is truly perfect with my need to hit the highway quickly. Very close to 270 gives you access to jump on 71 or 315 and get on your way. 3 miles from Polaris and 6 from Easton and literally yards away from the Worthington shopping mall and Kroger. The apartments are nice and clean and living here has been tremendous so far.

Loving it so far! I'm someone who loves the idea of urban living but doesn't love being in a true downtown area, so for me this apartment is in an ideal location. I love having "functional walkability"--can I tell you how amazing it was to have the Worthington Farmers Market winter location literally just steps across the parking lot? And the grocery only a few steps beyond that? I can also walk to many restaurants, the library, and the Olentangy River Trail in a mile or less.
