GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING!!! The leasing associates will tell you one thing then do another! I’ve only been here almost two months and have experienced this THREE to FOUR times. I was told I’d get a free parking pass for 3 months, they cut it off at 2 instead. Don’t believe what they tell you during tour, before signing lease because once you sign it’ll be a WHOLE different story!!! Just Be careful, please!! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE Since switching to Kalo Living, these apartments have gone downhill. They do not put any money into keeping the buildings looking nice. There are walls that needed repaired for months and months and they didn’t repair them. There are Kroger carts all inside the building and they can’t seem to fix the problem. Trash is left out on non trash pickup days and it will stink up the whole hallway. They did nothing to fix the actual problem, just sent out a reminder. Great Location, Poor Staff & Building My family and I have been living here for almost a year now and I wish I could be let out of my lease. The office staff is never in the office, nor do they return my calls. Maintance walks around smoking cigarettes more than he works and the walls are paper thin. My building has 4 floors, with a Great Dane dog above me. As you can imagine it’s extremely noisy from the dog running and jumping all day, everyday. Joke Total joke been a resident for 9 month. One night end of May try to enter main entrance 4th floor key fob does not work. Go to garage entrance door shut but unlocked. Try to go in elevator it is stuck on 2nd floor. Walk upstairs secured entrance to residents.... nope door unlocked. So zero security when supposed to be double secure. Oh yeah and pool supposed to open 3rd week of May? Nope heater broke. When will it be fixed. Management answer not sure so pool closed indefinitely.

Disappointed “luxury living” We moved in back in 2016 and loved it for the 1st year. Management team keeps changing and complaints about common area cleanliness and upkeep continue to fall on deaf ears. Construction in commercial space has been noisy outside of normal working hours. Yes, 6:15 am and sometimes going to 3 am. Additionally, management has shut off electricity and/or water 6-8 times outside of normal working hours even on a Saturday from 1-7pm. Front office is Rude. Apartment Ok They have a nice facility but I was turned away by how rude and condescending the lady Tela in the front office was. She was rushing me to make a decision and if I didn’t decide fast enough her line was I have other people waiting. She was also short on the phone prior to the visit. This by far was the rudest encounter with a new Apartment. New housing is supposed to be a happy experience but she made me change my mind. Be Aware - worst place to live I moved in September of 2016 and did not get the keys to my unit until my move in day. The apartment was anything but ready for rent. The carpets were smelly, stained and full of pet hair. Dishwasher did not work. Washer and dryer had clothes left in them and it took few empty loads with detergent and bleach to get the smell out.
