The entry to this apartment is a complete nightmare especially for guests. The keypad is positioned so far to the right that you have to squeeze through a ridiculously tight space just to enter the code, practically guaranteeing you’ll mess up your rims. The countless black marks from other cars show I’m not the only one dealing with this terrible design. Absolutely frustrating.
Renewing my lease at Hyve was a smooth and hassle-free experience, thanks to the excellent management team! Avery was incredibly helpful in exploring my options and answering all my questions promptly with clarity and patience. Emily further enhanced my experience by carefully walking me through some of the lease terms and providing thorough, helpful answers to my inquiries. Wanted to thank Tiffany for her help and phenomenal support while looking at apartments here at the Hyve. She was very knowledgeable in regards to the apartment and answered all my questions and concerns. She took the time to take me on several tours and truly made sure I felt welcomed at the Hyve. I would definitely consider checking out the Hyve, as many of the concerns I saw from others reviews were not experienced on my tours.
One among the best apartments around the University. Kind and helpful staff! Been here for over an year and had no complaints (except for maintenance work which kept the pool inaccessible for weeks). Love the lounge area to get some homework done and the gym. Wish there was volleyball/badminton area to get more physical activity. Appreciate the maintenance team's efforts in sanitizing all the common areas every single day during the COVID-19 time.
Honestly, the main reason why I gave this place a three star review is because of the driveway entrance where you enter the code to get into the gate; I drove a compact vehicle, and I still couldn’t clear the freaking curb up to the keypad really, really upsetting!
