The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because I absolutely loved my apartment. I was on the top floor so I didn't have any issues with noise. My biggest issues were with the office staff. I had to call the corporate office several times to get the "real" answer to issues I had. Then miraculously things would happen.... I have friends that still live there. And it seems to have gotten worse since I moved in April. The pool has 3 gates to get into it. All 3 are broken so the pool is "closed"? Unacceptable! The residents pay... read more
Where do I start… I wish I could give zero stars. Please don’t move here & here’s why. I recently had the unfortunate experience of living in The Hyve and I cannot stress enough how utterly disappointing it was. From the moment I moved in, I was greeted by a barrage of issues that made my living situation unbearable. First and foremost, the apartment was infested with bugs. The maintenance here at the Hyve is incredible. Yesterday the inside of my oven cracked, and less than 12 hours later, Alex came to my apartment promptly, and switched out the oven door in less than a minute. He was so fast and kind; I really couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you Alex for being so awesome, you are what makes living here so great!
One among the best apartments around the University. Kind and helpful staff! Been here for over an year and had no complaints (except for maintenance work which kept the pool inaccessible for weeks). Love the lounge area to get some homework done and the gym. Wish there was volleyball/badminton area to get more physical activity. Appreciate the maintenance team's efforts in sanitizing all the common areas every single day during the COVID-19 time.
