I searched online for privacy fences. Saw an advertisement on TV, I immediately contacted H.I.S. They responded very quickly. Within a week Josh came to my home, showed me prices and several photos to choose from. The installers Lorenzo & his assistant was amazing. They worked non stop until it was completed even during misty rain. Lorenzo work is so professional and I'm very pleased and satisfied with my fence. It brought out so much beauty in our home. Much needed improvement.
I have nothing but good things to say about the performance and professionalism of the workers of the Improvement Store. They job done was top of the line! This is my second time dealing with the men and women of the Improvement Store and it was even better than the first time. Kudos to both crews who installed the first and second building. They did an excellent job!
From the office to the installation every thing was 5 star service ! Jeff, Sharon, and David kept us informed with all scheduling. Victor and his crew did a great job on the roof installation and clean up afterwards, gutter crew also did a great job. From the first visit for estimate to job completion was just under 2 weeks. I had The Improvement Store to do a second job at my residence. I had my back porch enclosed with windows and a door. After all items were ordered the work was done in approximately 3 days. Everything was done as I wanted now I have my office area for myself. Great work and the workers kept me updated on everything that needed to be done.
