There was a long period of adjustment after Chapters purchased Artis. It was hard on my father because so many of the staff left. There was no one really in charge for quite awhile. Things just seemed different. I never felt the same about the place although my dad did receive good care
So far, our experience has been positive. My mom seems happy and we have been pleased with the care that she is receiving.
I would definitely recommend Artis. It is very expensive though and going up and it private pay. Their communications are lacking in giving updates on the resident, but great when I contact them. The director when my loved one moved in has left and I don't think he's been replaced. They are supposed to send an activities calendar, but that doesn't happen often. So far everything is working out well. The care partners are extremely nice and friendly. The facility is extremely clean. I would highly recommend it unless your loved one needs one-on-one care, because they're just not equipped to do that.

Artis of Bartlett is a great place. I'm very happy with the choice we made for my mom. The facility setup is nice - it's all on one floor, and it's split up into "neighborhoods" that tie into local areas around Bartlett. The staff have good communication with me, and also with each other. They use radios for effective communication within the facility. There is definitely enough staff to care for the residents. They are very friendly and responsive. My loved one likes the food and seems happy. They offer activities dailiy. We picked this community because, it was less expensive than other places.,very clean, homey, and a smaller community. Anytime you have a question, they are right on top things. Overall, the staff is wonderful.

We chose Artis of Bartlett because dad was needing more care at this point and I felt they were going to provide the best care for him. It is a smaller facility, only about 30 residents so he gets more individual attention. He is very happy here and we have been so happy with our experience. All of the staff members are extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend them to other families who are looking.

This community was fantastic and it was our second choice. We just felt more comfortable with the other community that we were looking at and that is the only reason we did not go with this community.

Our loved one lived at Artis for a couple months and the community itself was great, however it was just not a great experience for our loved one and family. They got sick and ended up in the hospital, and soon after had to move to another community because they need more care. However, it was nothing the community did they were great while our loved one was there
