So far, so good! My experience with anything, however, is that service usually changes over time.( She's been there almost 2 months.) Having said that, right now Artis Memory Care of Bartlett is great. My mom is doing well. It's great to have her closer to me. The place is clean. Don't smell that uriney, old people smell that makes places horrible and scary. The staff is kind and attentive. I just hope it stays that way.

This facility has been taken over 3x since I had my mom here Activities are non existent - they sit them in front of you tube. Food is improving slightly but awful when it was Chapters They can’t seem to keep a director of nursing Caregivers are overworked. A few are awesome and have the heart for caring for these residents (. Namely [name removed] and [name removed]) I need to keep on them to do laundry and keep her Room clean. The facility is lovely but it’s all for show.
