I toured The James and it was a beautiful property! It was an elegant community with modern, up to date amenities. I was particularly impressed with the courtyard, just like a peaceful garden. The Leasing Agent, Sydney, indicated that their are apartments with the lovely courtyard view. The bonus was they even have a rooftop deck, where we got to enjoy the beautiful fall colors. The James is at the top of my list.
I'm extremely satisfied with The James, especially with Michael, the Assistant Community Manager. Michael was on the spot to help me with the application process and secure the exact apartment I was looking for. When I had a few questions on and around move-in day, he was responsive and knowledgeable. The James Apartments are first rate and a great place to live in Annapolis. The leasing office staff are outstanding. I lived there for ten months when I moved to Annapolis for a job and before we bought a home. When we closed on a home two months before my lease was up, Michael went above and beyond to work out details on my lease takeover in a very short time frame. The James is awesome! We love living here and the staff are so quick to help and friendly. Malia and Sydney both go above and beyond to help and the maintenance crew of George, Chris and Colin are always very happy to help and respectful. I can’t recommend the James enough!
My dog, Marley, and I have enjoyed living at The James for the past year. To begin with, it is a beautiful complex with many wonderful ammenities, and the people I have come to know who live here have been a joy. Most importantly, when you live in an apartment dwelling, it is vital that the people who manage, maintain, and monitor the cleanliness and heath of the community are of the highest caliber.
