It is a totally different life style for us, having always lived in a large, single family home with a yard....BUT, everyone has helped make this adjustment easy, made us feel welcomed, and helped us whenever we've needed help.. Don't think we'll ever go back to the stresses of a single family home again....Let the younger families enjoy all that goes with that style of living . Verified Renter The James is great! Brianna is awesome! only complaint is that that the walls are not insulated enough. I can hear my neighbors stomp and snore.

It was a new experience moving from a large home to a condo, but the staff here at the James has made this move as smooth as possible...Actually, we are enjoying it so much, we may never move back into a single family home.....Great location...great staff....

Verified Renter The James is a great apartment. Lovely finishes and amenities, my favorite being the state of the art gym, and community events held by the leasing office. They set the bar very high and I will always compare new apartments to The James.
