While we came across many challenges at the end and our closing was delayed a couple times, John and Megan were both readily available to answer questions even after hours and weekends! John was very determined and persistent to do what he said he could do and in the end he did!!! I would highly recommend him and his team to anyone who needs and "outside of the box" loan!
We had a couple of hiccups, however as soon as they were recognized everyone did their best to fix the issues, and make every effort to see we got what we needed in a timely and professional manner.
Excellent communication, never felt I was "out of the loop" beginning to closing.
