The communication was great. Anytime we had questions John's team was very accessible. We were told we would close by the last day of the month and actually closed a few days earlier. I would recommend the John Chavez team to anyone looking to get a loan or refinance their existing loan.
My first experience was with Scott who was very professional and answered all my questions which made me feel good about my decision to use VIP. I worked with Megan who was also was very patient in helping me get all the paperwork that was needed for the loan. Great organization.
