Mortgage, Inc. has grown from a single office with two loan officers in Scottsdale, AZ, to over 20 brick and mortar branches (across many states) w... read more

More communication. I had to reach out to get a status update and even to tell them that my house was ready.

My client was not happy with the overall service . John and team had lack of communication and I wasn’t keep in the loop as an agent when we encountered a hiccup the day before closing and I wasn’t even aware till I called myself to see if everything was on track.

While realizing the mortgage market in extraordinarily busy and has been for several months, it felt as though there was only action and movement on my re-fi when I inquired after the initial doc submission.

Our VIP loan officer accepted & submitted an insurance policy for our loan by a company we did not choose. We sent her written communication of the name of the company we chose which was the one we have for auto, which would have continued to give us a multi policy discount. Now i have to untangle this mess and believe this could have been easily thwarted if someone would have just called us and asked which insurance company we wanted to go with.

Not enough communication and everything very last minute . Too stressful . We have bought and sold many homes this was most stressful as far as communicating

There was alot of set backs due to the "team's" failure to communicate with each other. There was also a lot of set backs due to failure to communicate with us. Like weeks going by before we even knew forms needed to be signed. We kept getting asked for the same stuff from different people even though it was already submitted. We appreciate all you did, but it was quite chaotic, frustrating and stressful.

Megan and Courtney were great, but after that it felt like there was no communication unless I text or called for updates.
