Amazing place to live! The best gym that I have seen in a high rise. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Love the proximity to Katy trail!

Love being a resident at The Katy! The staff and concierge are top notch and always provide a spectacular experience, Metabel is the absolute best!!
3 year resident and it just keeps getting better! The manger Mandy and the team does an amazing job. The management continues to be creative with events and ways to connect with residents. The concierge staff is amazing lead by Daniel, Metabel, and Susan. They have always been a great help. Also a huge thank you to Katy Coffee Lab because Alyssa and Brandon are coffee rockstars.
I've lived in The Katy for nearly 2 years and it has been great so far. The amenities, cleanliness, and location are all excellent. Additionally, the entire staff has been wonderful. Metabel in particular has always been extremely helpful and goes the extra steps in her work, especially when it comes to the safety of the residents. Her always vibrant personality and commitment to ensure the happiness and wellbeing of the residents are maintained is greatly appreciated. We are very fortunate to have her here!
I have lived at almost all high rise buildings in Up/Downtown and The katy is the best. My apartment has the best view, the building is always clean. The Conciege especially Metabel always treat me with respect and care when solving my problems. She’s passionate and always willing to serve and above all her personal presentation is always on point
Despite the overall lack of security at The Katy (i.e. front door that doesn’t lock, lack of cameras in the majority of the parking garage, no sound system to scare burglars away), Metabel (the concierge) goes above and beyond to ensure that residents are safe and secure. I always rest easy knowing that Metabel is in the building. She has a demonstrated ability to execute emergency procedures while following established policies. I’ve lived at the Katy for a year and a half now and it puts the other buildings in which I’ve lived to shame. The amenities are fantastic and very clean and the concierge service is unparalleled. Particularly, Danny Villareal has made my experience so enjoyable! He’s constantly in a great mood, excited to help and effortlessly excellent at juggling multiple tasks and requests in these crazy times. If you’re considering this area of town, look no further!
