"Good times at the Dogde, no need to Dodge them !" All the staff at lakehead motors are awesome. When I first got there , a minimum of three people offered me a coffee or water. Frankie was my sale rep. He does go above and beyond to make sure I was very satisfied with my purchase . Cherie was my financeier. She was bubblely and very easy to talk to. "Fantastic and quick" My dealer was Rick. Fantastic service, no pressure just let me shop till I fell in love with a 2017 jeep cherokee north. Absolutly superb service from Rick and Greg made shopping for my car easy and quick..made my decision they did what they needed to and my jeep was ready and waiting for me before I was even ready to pick it up. Such a friendly atmosphere great place to shop,my finance and I will continue to buy from lakehead till we can no longer drive!
"Frankie and Taki made the deal go smoothly " Taki and Frankie were very friendly and made my first time financing a vehicle on my own very easy. The whole transition went smoothly and both Taki and Frankie were very enthusiastic. They even threw in a few items for my birthday. I appreciate the friendly enthusiastic service.
"Very accommodating. " Good over all experience. Sales staff is not pushy and listen to what you want. Finance manager was extremely helpful with warranty coverages. The manager that finalized the deal has been helpful even after the purchase was completed.
