"Awesome Ram Rebel" I have been a GMC owner my whole live and had the pleasure to meet Frankie Lento , he was patient will my questions and found me a truck that is unbelievable. "If she's not there, I don't bother calling for parts" Nadine is my go to, my parts girl. Anytime I need something fixed, I wait until she's working and go get it or order it in. There's other parts people, but it's almost robotic talking to them, and the speed is not what I expect, nothing against them, I'm sure they try. Nadine is just fast and efficient. I need a part, we get it done and always leave it on a smile. I find once you click with a part source you stick with it, she's my click.
"Great service" Had a great experience start to finish. Frankie was very knowledgeable and friendly. Bryan was also very helpful and friendly when it came to the financial part of the sale. The whole experience was trouble free and everyone was great to deal with. Would defiantly recommend.

"Good Service When Buying a New Vehicle" Very good service when buying a new vehicle. I dealt with Frankie Lento and Taki. Both where very professional, pleasant and efficient. Perhaps a bit aggressive with the phone calls between when I first looked at the vehicle and when I concluded the sale.
"Lakehead Motors is the best place in Thunder Bay to buy a ca" I recently purchased a 2018 Dodge Journey at Lakehead Motors and was not only impressed with the quality of the vehicle, but of the quality of the staff including Frankie Lento, Greg Cleland, and Rocco Cristoforo.
