"New Jeep Grand Cherokee " I love my new Jeep Grand Cherokee !!! I can not thank Greg enough for all your help with helping me find my new grand Cherokee! Also thanks for showing me how to work all the gadgets. Also for dropping off my Cherokee to me when I couldn't come to get it cause I was stuck at work. I would recommend lakehead to anyone who was looking at purchasing a new or used vehicle great professional and reliable staff way to go guys !!! Great customer service !!!!

"Very professional, excellent service" Title says it all, I was very impressed and had no complaints with my experience at the dealership. Brad and Jolene were also great to work with!
"Over all pretty good. " My over all experience was good. The dealership met most of my very specific and rigid demands. The only thing I was unhappy with was they did not use my old plates when I asked them to, instead they put new plates on my vehicle. And they did not give me the plate portion of my old ownership so it cost me $20 to get my refund for my old plates.
"quick and easy " Had a great experience at I car, went in looking for a cheap reliable vehicle and Derek helped me out right away making the process simple and fast and doing an awesome job finding exactly what I was looking for ! Will be going back in the future for sure.

"Great service!" We visited the dealership on a very busy weekend for them. There was plenty of staff, very willing to help. The one backside to the experience, is the waiting... everyone we needed to see was a little backed up. I am guessing this is due only to the big sale they had running. Besides the waiting, excellent service, excellent price, and zero %. Can't complain about that! Hopefully the vehicle works out well for us.
