"Friendly, great Service" Found the service of Lakehead to be very welcoming and friendly. I thought it was pretty cool how I got a tour of the facilities, and the people there were very informative with everything. I spun the wheel and won a free oil change, which was forgotten to give to me, but two mins after pulling out of the lot, I was called and notified that it was not given to me. Although my possession date was pushed back twice, I am very happy with my purchase and the people I dealt with.

"new vehicle and I saved money!" I traded in my 3.5 yr old jeep and got a new 2016 jeep...Anna knew what I'd like and had good deals lined up for me I couldn't resist and I didn't even have to do anything but show up and sign..lol...my perfct way to shop whn someone knows exactly what I want in my vehicle and can help me make it as affordable as possible! :)

"Trade In for New Used Car " I will say this dealership was persistent in looking to have me consider trade in of my vehicle. I was able to find a used vehicle that I ended up purchasing. Chris showed me vehicles that met my requirements and Shane called as Chris had promised when a vehicle they were getting in came in so I could see it. There was not a lot of pressure, none really.
