Excellent professionals at the Biltmore office located off Camelback Rd in AZ! The consultation session went smoothly and they recommended I take action to make my eyes more moist in general and to prepare for the procedure, I did. I had the procedure yesterday and it went extremely smoothly with Dr Kownacki. Overall excellent exprerience, thank you!
I had my eyes done in the end of October and it was the best money I spent. I had the PRK and it was smooth sailing. So if you tired of glasses and contacts I would recommend the Lasik vision.I’m back at the eye surgery place with my mom and it was the best decision I’ve made in a long time. When u come down ask for Angela and tell her Akina sent you. The staff is very friendly and the Dr. is the best.

I would have liked to be informed that I wouldn't be able to see clearly for at least a month or more. That was conveniently miscommunicated & it would have been appropriate for the Surgeon to follow up later in the evening with a call to his patient to check on my well-being. But hey, I guess you get what you pay for right?? Uhh. Everyone was so nice and explained everything. I was able to have my consultation and then the surgery the next day.
Everyone I dealt with here was great. Friendly and informative the entire way. Was so thorough that it took 4 visits to get my eyes ready due to an eye allergy the other place missed. The doctor was friendly and talked me through the entire procedure. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking to improve their eyes.
But don't be late or they'll make you wait for an hour
I love being able to see and the doctors are great the only bad thing I have to say is for follow-up appointments if you forget your kinda Outta luck because they don't have a very good call back system but they're getting better.
