Great experience! They make sure you are taken care of! Initial check up, preop, and postop follow ups to make sure you are good to go and your eyes are where they need to be. Virtually painless and ready to go The next Day, it's a little pricey but that's why you need to save! I got everything done for less than $4000! Totally worth it.
I had my initial exam last Friday & my surgery yesterday...first time since 1983 that I can see w/o glasses or contacts! Great staff, very friendly, and the surgeon talked you through each step of a quick procedure. Wonderful experience and I highly recommend that. Say "Hi" to Paige, Sally and Jan when your there!
I shopped around for lasik since I suffer from astigmatism and hate wearing contacts. Since I am so young, I felt like getting lasik would pay for itself by the time I needed readers. I went to one place and they wanted 4500 plus 350 every year for a warranty. When I mentioned I was referred in, they dropped the price a grand without hesitation. Got it. Can see perfectly days later. Minor dry eyes couple days after surgery nothing near as bad as with contacts.
I just had LASIK 4 days ago and I'm here for my check up...pre-surgery, my vision was 20/150, today it's 20/15!! If anybody is on the fence about LASIK, I highly recommend it. It's quick and painless. Just make sure you're a candidate before you get your hopes up. I read some complaints regarding wait times but I never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time.
I just got LASIK done on both eyes at The LASIK Vision Institute. I waited for years because I was nervous about the procedure on my eyes. I now wish I had done it a long time ago. Just days later I could see perfectly. It is so nice to open my eyes and naturally see clearly. I would highly recommend the easy procedure and this business.
