RecommendedMy friend had suggested going to Lasik Vision Institute after I had told her I went to Lasik Plus for an initial exam. I wasn't expecting there to be a significant difference in cost or in service, but what I found was very enlightening. From a cost perspective, I found both places to be very competitive - in the end I chose Lasik Vision Institute because they had better pricing and most of all, what I thought was just better service, better technology, and better attention to details. RecommendedVery nice and professional went in for a redo of my lasik from a different doctor. Told that I don’t need lasik I have a cataract in my right eye. Told me to make a appointment with a doctor at home. Charged me nothing!!!
I am very happy about the results of my Lasik. I have 20/15 now which is exciting.The staff was very sweet and accommodating but I had a real problem with the lack of detail I was given in which the procedure was preformed and the person who would be performing it. I would suggest giving a more detailed description of what will occur during the process because its much more hands on than I was made to believe which made my surgery very intense and confusing. Very annoyed with this place today. I had a 1pm appointment and never left until after 3:15pm. This appointment never takes this long. One person says that they are short staffed, another told me that another place books appointments and that was the reason. I think if I didn't say something I'd still be there later than the 2 plus hours. If they can't handle the people then they shouldn't book that many appointments. I hope more people complain about this and then maybe they can do something about this, so it doesn't happen... read more
Wow, supposedly won $1000.00 of surgery. That is only if you go with the most expensive plan. High pressure sales pitch. They can only help if you agree yo surgery right away. This place should be reported to the BBB
