Laser eye surgery can be an intimidating affair, which is why the professionalism, competency, and compassion of the staff at LASIK Vision Institute was so important (and appreciated). I recommend everything about LASIK Vision institute. From their customer service, actual service, and how well the accommodate u price wise! My experience was great since day one from the front desk lady mrs Doris, to the doctor who checked my eyes, the surgeons, and also mr ken. When I left the office the first day after surgery I felt great leading on to the next morning I felt even better. Just moved down to Tampa about a year ago and was looking into lasik and found this place. I thought why not try for an appointment because of the great reviews. Went for an appointment and a couple of weeks later I had the lasik procedure done. Doctors, staff and everyone that works there makes you feel at home. Nicest people and a great environment 🕺🏻. Would recommend in a heartbeat.
Both professional and friendly. Procedure explained very clearly... no pun intended, and truly very satisfied. My husband and I both had the procedure and are very happy. We will definitely recommend LVI to all our friends.
This was the third time I have looked in to lasik.First in the 90s then about 4 years ago ,finally said said I just need to have lasik I’m past the age of readers and do well with my mono vision contacts. I did have a few consolations .The procedure was little weird but they all explained things and walked us through what was going to happen. I saw their ad on Facebook I went in for my free consultation and was set up for Lasik surgery a week later. My regular eye doctor told me I wasn't a candidate so I had no hopes when I showed up there but they did my examination then I went in for surgery he doctors were gentled manager was awesome. Couldn't ask for better staff very clean place I was very satisfied. I recommend this place to everyone.
The service received was magnificent, everyone was so supportive from the first telephone call for my appointment to the day of surgery and post operatively. I couldn't have asked anything more. The Dr explained everything in detail and reassured me right throughout. The multiple assessments prior to the surgery by the Techs and the Drs was immaculate. Thanks Lasik Vision Institute. Surgery was successful and healing well.
