I would give a 5 star because the staff and doctors are awesome! But traveling from sarasota to Tampa, I set an appointment for a reason and everytime I make one, I wait for 30-130 in the waiting room. And you come here a lot before surgery and after, so if that wasn’t an issue it would be a 5 star �
I recently moved to the Tampa area and found out about The Lasik Institute during a commercial. I’ve been considering the procedure for some years now, so I decided to try and get an appointment. Later that night, I went to the website and filled out some information and had an appointment set to have an evaluation done. The day comes and the energy in the office felt right. Everyone here was super helpful and considerate to my needs. The wait can be a little long some of the days but always worth it. (It's a doctors office, waiting is a thing). I wasn't a big fan of all the procedures being done only once a week as it kind of seemed rushed with the surgeon. Other than that anything done was explained in detail and was not proceeded with until I understood every bit. Wouldn't have gotten my lasik done if it weren't for the super helpful and amazing staff here.
Dr. Dillon, Megan and staff is great, very caring, they really make your visit personal just like you are their only patient for the time you are there. If I knew every ones name, I would do a shout out for them, because every one is great, what a staff....... Thank you!!!!
I can see!!! All of the staff are wonderful. The doctor was very thorough with his explanations and very patient. Very positive experience. If you're on the fence about lasik, just go for it!
Such an awsome experience, 3 years since i got my surgery and i still see great!!! No issues at all, all i have to do is to make sure i get my eye exam once a year and iam protected for life!!!!! And the customer service is awsome!! Thank you guys!
