Chris and staff explained everything and guided me through the different types of procedures and costs. After the initial exam, I was a candidate for Contura procedure which is the newest technology. The surgery was performed by Dr. Fox and he explained the entire procedure and even talked me through it as it was happening. Did not feel a thing except over pressure on the eyes. I'm 28 years old, and have been wanting Lasik for 18 years. I had a -10 rx in my left eye, super strong astigmatism, and nearly as bad in my right eye. A little context for how bad that is, in the middle of the night if someone sent me a text I couldn't bring my phone close enough to my face so that the words weren't blurry without going cross eyed, so if have to look at my phone with one eye! My experience was AWESOME. Chris did an amazing job with making sure I get the best service possible. Dr.Fox was Amazing he explained everything he would be doing and did exactly what he explained to me. The staff made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. I came to Lasik vision institute to get my eyes checked. Saw the doctors and the staff they explained everything. Unfortunately im not a candidate but they explained everything and i appreciate them. I would highly suggest lasik vision institute for there eyes. My sister and brother came here and it was a great experience for them.
The staff is super friendly and helpful, procedure went exactly as planned. My vision went from -4.00 in both eyes to 20/15 in both eyes, goodbye contacts and glasses!
Let me start with the positives, the three people I’ve spoken to were very nice and seemed like they genuinely cared how upset I am with what happened. I came in two weeks ago for a consultation, which I didn’t know is at least two hours, and was told I qualified for lasik. I set my lasik appointment for today, came in at 7am for surgery and was told upon arrival that they would not do the lasik, but rather the PRK option. PRK is not an option for me because it is recomended to take the next four days off of work due to blur... read more
