Surgeon has terrible beside manor. They do not tespect clients schedule.
Possibly one of the worst experiences and customer service from a business I have ever encountered: 1. Invited to office for "evaluation". 2. Waited for about 30-40 minutes after appointment time until I was seen. 3. Asked to take my contacts out for eye exam. 4. After eye exam, lead down hallway for the "sales pitch". 5. Asked if I shouldn't put my contacts back in, response, "No, you'll be fine" 6. Waste of time.... i guess that’s what you get when the word FREE is thrown in. They didn’t hesitate to call me and set up an appointment. I get there and wait an hour, then they tell me they are running behind...never did get the FREE consult.. Do your research folks...
They dont honor the money you put out for warranty. Do not return phone calls starting a multi class lawsuit.
930 appointment and still waiting. Definitely not happy with this service. Know one tells you anything about being behind and their are 5 people in the waiting room

Horrible is the best worst word I can think of to describe this place. If there was an option to give no stars I'd go with that. No professionalism, extremely rude, and no one seems to know what they are doing. Scheduling appointments without the surgeon's approval, requesting deposits for surgery that won't happen. Ugh just give me my money back.
Just from what I am hearing and seeing from my coworkers experience, thanks..., NO THANKS! The unprofessionalism that she has encountered this far is just obnoxious. "You won $1,000 towards the procedure!!" Uhm, I'm sure I did. Bait and switch!
