Recommendedlive in Florida for the winter months and I have been contemplating getting Lasik so I always go buy who has the best reviews and Lasik Insittute had stellar reviews. Make a long story short, had my consultation with Chris and a ophthalmologist as well as a few nurse all which were kind, patient and well informed! The staff is AMAZING!! They made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Every single person, every single time. Waking up the day after surgery and seeing 20/20 was the craziest part to me. I know that was the ultimate goal, but I never knew it would be that quickly.
The staff is very professional and friendly. The office manager, Chris Sabol, is wonderful! Dr. Fiedler and Dr. Insler are exceptional! I highly recommend The Lasik and Vision Institute in West Palm Beach, FL.
Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The Surgeon was caring and careful with me. She answered all of my questions and assured me that I would be fine and I would feel no pain. The procedure was quick and painless. I would recommend this to everyone. I wish I would have done this 20 years ago.

I have been a patient of Lasik Vision Institute for almost 2 years and continue to be happy with the completeness with which they approach my case. I had my original Lasik procedure in late 2017 and a revision PRK on one eye in 2019. My vision is now perfect and they have been diligent about re-checking my progress over time. I continue to be impressed with the warm and efficient staff and Dr. Catherine Fiedler's expertise.
From the moment we got there we where greeted by a very friendly staff . The floor manager chris was very funny and made u feel at home. The staff Hoa was very kinda and sweet. Dr fiedler was easy to Communicate and help us feel at ease. Our accountant John helped us get the best deal possible. Everyone there is friendly and they have a great selection of snacks and tea/coffee in the waiting room ( try the chai tea its amazing!) strongly recommend this location to anyone!

When you choose an Eye Institution to do your procedure you need to feel comfortable with. From day one these group of amazing professionals acknowledged me from the minute I walked at the door, explained and clarified every single of of my questions and prep me for today.
