The LVI staff in this location was amazing for the whole procedure from the moment I step through their doors. Their receptionist is super friendly and will gladly answer some of your concerns, the doctors and the tech are also amazing and super friendly and really make you feel comfortable and they will answer ALL your questions! Knowledgeable and friendly staff who answered every question I had, everything went as planned and I couldnt have expected more from them, very happy with how it turned out
My tech was amazing. She was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The doctors were also very professional and friendly. The procedure took about 10-15 minutes and I was seeing 20/20 the next day. Would/will recommend LVI to all my friends and anyone considering this procedure.
Awesome friendly staff! Very professional and helpful with every question and concern. When I had a slight complication with one of my eyes just a week after my operation (something that was my fault), they were quick to solve the problem and send me on my way happy. Surgeon was friendly and calming. Procedure was quick and completely painless. Love going back to visit for my check ups! Also, near 11 months now and enjoying a free from correction lenses life! Do yourself a favor and go to LVI to have your life changed!
