Sat around for 5 hrs. all to tell me they can’t do it. Apparently you can’t wear contacts at least 3 days prior to the surgery. Sure would of been nice to of been told that.
Post op instructions orally different from those on the paper they give you. They (maybe) tell you orally 5 mins before your procedure, when you're thinking about how you're about to get your eye cut open - to use all 3 type of drops every hour for 24 hours. Then they give you a paper that says to only take two of them 3 times a day. I asked if all this was on paper beforehand, they said yes - it clearly isn't and I have little hope of them remedying this misinformation (this is your vision - wtf!?). Worked there with lori stiffler who stole employee commission and lied to the patient yet when i exposed her the upper management rewarded her by firing me and let her continue her wrong actions .. so yes worst place to work for
I had to go back for a rescan today. After a second time being taken 40 minutes late with no excuse or apology, my phone was ringing during the scan. It was a message from them asking me if I was going to show up for my appointment???? I had a scan last time. They put drops in retested and said my cornea was off but it could be because of dry eyes. I used drops for almost two weeks and that's why I was retested today. After the test she said she would put more drops in AGAIN and wanted me to sit and the run the tests again. ... read more
I had to go back three times after my surgery to try to get my vision right. My vision is always dark.

I've been a patient here since 2008. Every year for my annual appointment it's the same massive wait. Doesn't matter what time they say your appointment is, just anticipate a 1hr+ wait time on top of thd actial time for the appointment. Once you get in you are like castle being pushed through as fast as possible. Their receptionits can only process 1 credit/debit card at a time and make you wait for apparently someone to etch your receipt out of stone before you can have your card back.
