RecommendedI went to LVI over 14 years ago and had lasik surgery and I it was the best decision I’ve ever made! Yesterday I had to get an enhancement on my left eye and the staff was very friendly and the surgery went smoothly. I highly recommend going to the LASIK Vision Institute if doing this for the first time or just an enhancement.
RecommendedThese folks in the Pittsburgh Office were fantastic!!! From the initial exam to the follow up, my experience could not have been better. Here’s an example of World Class Customer Service: my pharmacy lost one of my scripts the night before surgery, and I panicked, thinking I would have to postpone, but I called the institute at 10pm, got their answering service who took all of my info, and MY Doc called me at almost midnight, advising they will take care of it, and called the script in for the next morning before surgery. The staff was Excellent very Friendly and professional. They Explain every step of the procedure as it’s happening. The surgery is fast and painless . Immediately after the surgery I could already see the results . Today , the day after the procedure I’m already seeing 20/20 . This was worth every penny It’s very affordable. A great experience. The procedure was clearly and professionally explained to me at the pre-op appt. The procedure itself was super quick and painless. The staff is truly awesome. So nice and helpful at every step of the process. Within 2 weeks of the procedure I could see 20/20 and couldn't be happier. The best part is waking up and not having to put contacts in or constantly cleaning my glasses.
I can’t express how happy I am that I chose LVI to do my lasik! They are so above & beyond in every way; professionalism, friendliness, positivity, honesty, etc. My procedure was so smooth & quick. This morning, not even 24 hrs later, I am seeing 20/15!!! 😍😬 Couldn’t be happier!!!
Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, from the consultation to the actual LASIK procedure. Everyone that works there is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable. I would recommend them to everyone interested in Lasik eye surgery!

This was a great experience. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. They are all knowledgeable, so I knew every step of the way. Excellent surgeon, and Dr.Patel is wonderful! I highly recommend this place!!! I had a little anxiety going in on surgery day, but all went so smooth! They know what they are doing here. They set up everything for you and there are plenty of payment plans to choose from. I didn’t even spend much time in the waiting room.
