I am very pleased with the staff at the Lasik Vision Institute. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. You can tell they love their job. And as for my surgery I was pretty scared but there was one man in particular ( forgot his name) that made me feel secure and I appreciate him. Richard was excellent as well. The only part I was a little uncomfortable was going in to the room where I was gonna have the surgery. The surgeon didn't even say hi to me or anything. Great experience all around. My only complaint is the drive to Dallas. I need them to get a office in Tyler, TX. Doctor, and all medical staff made me feel so special. I am very glad I did this. Tress was so understanding to me and my needs, Doctor explained everything. No pain at all. If you are thinking about it go ahead and get it done NOW!
