My LASIK Vision Institute visit was a very pleasant experience. My first visit was for conciliation and testing. The staff was very nice and pleasant to deal with. I was very pleased with the way that they did extensive testing and it made me feel better about getting my vision corrected. The day of surgery I was nervous but the staff made me feel very calm throughout the hold process. So glad I chose LVI to have this experience with. Thanks to all of the staff at LVI. I highly recommend the LASIK Vision Institute if you ever get the procedure. I had great results 20/15 and the staff is awesome.
I am seeing 20/15 not even 24 hours later, all of the nurses, to financial counselors, to the doc to the surgeon!!! Very pleased! So thankful for this amazing experience and grateful for everyone involved! I am recommending everyone I know to come see y’all! The customer service, everyone treated me like family up here. Everyone was very friendly and informative. I liked that I knew what was happening at each step of the process. When I brought up questions, concerns, or issues everyone seemed helpful and knowledgeable. I absolutely recommend The LASIK Vision Institute to everyone.
