My experience was definitely great except for one employee who I was not too fond of because her demeanor was very condescending. Asides from that one minor issue everything else went great. My consultation appointment was easy to make and it took about 2 hours. The sweet beautiful lady that helped me has worked there for over 16 yrs with the same Dr. She was super nice,down to earth and very informative. The staff was quick, knowledgeable and honest. Very educating. I wasn’t even a candidate.
Staff was nice and professional. I was referred by a co-worker that had worse vision than me (thick glasses) and his treatment was only $1000 but my cost would be $3500 without the the extras. I'm just trying to figure out why it's much more even with vision insurance. But again, the staff was great and I'd refer LVI.
I had surgery yesterday on both eyes. Prior to the process, everything was explained to me, including the worse scenarios mentioned by the attorneys on the paperwork. This information protects the practice because nothing is full-proof. I did inquire of the physician's experience (almost 30 years, I believe), and Dr. Joseph's successes performing this procedure (98.9% (the .9% may be off a bit, but the success rate, speaks volumes). Had surgery yesterday. All the process was smooth and quick. Everyone from the receptionist to the surgeon was fantastic! I’m so happy with the results!!! My vision is on 20/20 already, I highly recommend to get this surgery if you are tired of glasses, it’s painless and totally worth it!!! 😃😃
