Everyone there answered all my questions. The procedure was explained very well. Doctor answered any questions before procedure, explained every step as he was doing it. Would refer friends and family
My experience was excellent and even tho it was a long day for surgery it was explained to me in detail . The staff were very professional and they had a movie on to help Pass the time if you prefer that or just catch up on emails that we never have time to do . The surgeon was awesome and explained each step and felt very comfortable . I would extremely recommend this place .
Day of surgery the staff was nice and polite, Dr Joseph explained every step of the surgery, what was going to happen at each step. Day one after surgery already seeing 20/20 vision.
This is my first day after surgery and I have 20/15 vision. The doctors and all the employees in this company are good people. My wife got lasik with them 3 years ago and I just got mine this past saturday. So far so good
The staff is great and so are the doctors. The surgery day is long, but it is worth it. My eyes were checked multiple times to make sure everything was correct. The procedure was very fast and painless. Dr. Joseph explains every step as he goes.
Bought the group on and got the surgery even though I saw negative reviews here and there. Surgery day is lengthy 3-5 hours but I would rather it be lengthy than rushed. Besides they inform you of this before the fact. It’s not a very personalized place but personal enough. Can’t complain surgery went well and doctor is plenty experienced. Would do it again!
