Confirmed that I needed a follow up procedure Nov. 8th of last year! Lied to me multiple times regarding my follow up. I called twice a week and continued to get no assistance. Nearly a year later and I still need the procedure. I paid extra to put a warranty on and I would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy.
