The staff is nice. location was great and free parking. My only comment would be the wait time. If you value your time then go somewhere else because you would end up wasting an entire day on just waiting. initial consultation 3 hours waiting. lasik procedure 6 hours waiting (lasik only took 20 minutes) 1 day post followup 1.5 hours waiting. If you are looking for a personalized experience that allows you to speak to the surgeon to any degree, this is not the place for you. I bought the Groupon so I got a really good deal, but it literally felt like we were herds of cattle. They ran us through so quickly. Dr. Jospeh did a good job in the surgery of explaining every step tho. The waiting rooms are horrible. No music, no tv, nothing to occupy the 5+ hours I spent there besides myself and my phone. It's been several years since my surgery, one eye required it to be done a second time. This caused irritating scare tissue. My vision is better than before surgery but 3 years later I was back in glasses full time. The dry eye is ridiculous and I now have PVD (floaters) in both eyes. Doctors have said the surgery doesn't cause PVD but after much research I have found it to be quite common and it is being considered to include it as a warning on pre surgery paperwork.
