Very great in store experience, they are not pushy and will only sell you what you want. It took 4-6 weeks like promised to receive our couch. End product is excellent. We love the couch and you can tell it’s quality work that will last. They also have an excellent warranty. Made in the U.S.A and you can get it re-padded if it wears down. Excellent couch and company. Would highly recommend! Vince took great car of us throughout the whole process.

The purchase of the couch and love seat went very well. Gary knew his product and explained it well … and then took me back to see the "shop". I was impressed with construction process. We worked out the details of the order which included lengthening both the couch and the love seat … and the changes were implemented well on the received product.
