Preliminary review: The Leather Sofa Company furniture is beautiful and the quality appears to be excellent. We selected a spectacular Kennedy sectional sofa and two Milano reclining armchairs at the Frisco showroom, where we were advised to allow extra time for the Leggett & Platt reclining mechanisms to arrive at the factory. Two of the seats tilt you forward and are not comfortable. You feel like you can slide off. On the positive side it is beautiful and the color looks great. You can tell lots of effort went into this. What do I need to do to get the two seat cushions readjusted? Also the men who delivered the sofa were very careful and friendly.
Carl was great at showing us the different types of styles and materials. He answered every question and addressed all concerns.
From the day we entered your store we felt important. Your salesman was very informative, friendly and helpful. He "sold" us on your product. We are very pleased with our new incliner love seat. Kelly at the Frisco store was very helpful and made the ordering process easy. He also never complained when I emailed or called for an update on my order. My furniture is gorgeous and unbelievably comfy. It came exactly as I ordered it.
