Best dealership I have ever been to!
Took my moms car in to have a part replaced, could not have asked for a better and more pleasant experience, Shane was the guy I worked with he was up front and honest about everything, and for the part that was replaced the service cost was not bad at all! They hooked us up with a VERY nice loaner (that will be my next car) and moms car had been detailed when we went to pick it up... I had no clue that service like this existed in Lexington KY, I'm a fan for life thanks to Jack, Missy, and Shane!
Beware of this dealerships sales techniques. They promise “The Experience”. In my opinion it’s a scam. Car washes, airport pickups, event invites, etc. Promises made, rarely kept. Car washes require you to wait 2+ hours. I’ve been told over 90 minute waits on my last 3 visits.

Today was my first visit and my last at this dealership and my experience was definitely a bad one! I had a good experience when I purchased my vehicle brand new in 2015, however, since then, customer service has dropped dramatically. Currently I am living overseas due to my husband’s military commitment. Prior to leaving, we had to go through procedures with Lexus to ship my car overseas, they were well aware of my move. In March I had to have a tire replaced due to pothole damage. I asked the service advisor if they had the tire that I needed in stock. I have a Lexus RC with summer tires. The service advisor assured me that they did. So when I take my car to my usual dealership they notice that my new tire does not match the other three tires on the car. When I call to inquire what happened I get brushed aside by a service advisor. There doc fees are outrageous. Average doc fees in Kentucky are $450.00, they charge $649.00.
They don’t stick to their word!!! ��� I confirmed my loaner car yesterday and there is no cars. ImI drove over 2 hours to get here and had several appointments I had to move because they had no loaners cars.
