Yesterday was one of my worst experiences at a car dealership ever and I couldn't believe it was a Lexus dealership! I always brag to people on how friendly the staff in the service department is when I bring my car in... always greeted with a smile! They are the worst car lot to buy from. The salesman Dan T. lied to us from the get go!! They will wait until you have had your new car a YEAR and then send you a bill for a car you to traded in. The GM Dan D. wants to blame it all on the customer!!! We will NEVER buy from Lexus of Lexington EVER!!!!
By far the worst car buying experience my husband and I have had in all the years we have been purchasing vehicles!! On Friday, November 11, 2016 (Veterans Day) we went with a check in hand to purchase the Lexus GX460 which we had researched and looked at many times over the past several months. Easily one of the worst dealership experiences I have ever had. Everything from refusal to dealer trade with certain dealerships to find the car a customer wants to horrible service. In the 15 months of ownership I have 16 service records on my 2015 GS. I've had my windows tinted 5 times due to bubbles and lent under the film, still isn't close to being lent and bubble free but I got tired of dealing with it. I bought my first Lexus here despite a terrible experience. When my lease was up, I came back and was treated like I was "less than." I shopped around and decided to purchase at Rivercenter. It's sad when the other dealerships say they have customers coming in from this area because of the terrible service here. I will never purchase from this dealership again. They really need to work on what the meaning of "great customer service" is.... because they are missing it on every level. Buyer beware.

The service department at The Lexus Store of Lexington is the worst I have encountered! They shorted out my electrical while detailing my car and will not take any responsibility. This is NOT how you should do business! LEXUS this is unacceptable!!
