The staff are great with your loved ones. The services provided in house are amazing. While the activities daily keep them busy and active. While still being able to live their own style of life they are closely monitored based on their level of needed help. Management is very nice and helpful when asking questions and if the answers are not clear they take the extra steps to find the desired answer.

Our brother has been at Lighthouse for two years. He is only 65 and has early onset Alzheimer’s. He is in the late stages of the disease having been diagnosed at 57 Lighthouse has cared and loved our brother from the moment he walked in. The love shown to him comes from caregivers and beyond. The lighthouse at Lincoln is a wonderful memory care facility. The quality of care and the staff are outstanding. They work closely with the family to ensure that the family member gets the best possible care. In addition, they offer caregiver meeting sessions that provide support to caregiver families to help them deal with the challenges of having a family member with dementia. The Lighthouse at Lincoln is easily one of the best memory care facilities in all of southern New England.
You would be well served to bring your loved one to this very safe, clean, approachable environment! Very responsive to caregivers, family and welcoming on all levels! It’s important on all Lela for my mum to feel safe. Everyone from those who clean to those who proved hands on help are very friendly.
Overall, what has made it such a great experience so far is I think it comes down to their care and their empathy. The facility, food is great, but, it is the care they give my Dad, that we really appreciate. They know how to manage his behaviors and needs. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.
In todays market it is a fair price for the service. The Lighthouse at Lincoln community is very clean and the staff takes good care of the patients. They are also very accommodating to the families.
I recently toured this community for my Mother. I was incredibly impressed with the passion that showed with the CNA’s interacting with the residents. I also observed an exercise class called Barre and Balance. Never seen this program done before and saw how much fun the residents were having. This community definitely left a lasting impression.
