Sue Ellen was absolutely great! She not only worked her tail off for us and coordinated the list of showings we needed, but also reviewed every document sent to us to ensure all was accurate and stayed on top of every deadline and request for closing. She even picked up our keys and shipped them to us!

I just sold my forever home and was looking to downsize to something more manageable and cost efficient. I am 67 years young; and I don’t do very good with computers. I am from the north and per my daughter don’t mess around with “Southern Niceties” so even when I’m not mad people think I am. Very attentive to our needs. Excellent communication. Friendly professionalism. Goes above and beyond. When we had a small amount of mildew on basement wall we were told by a professional mold expert to clean with soap and water, Brad personally did it before we could even get to it!
