We have utilized Linda for both buying and selling our homes on 3 occasions and she is always prepared with file details to support both the potential listing or maximum price or bottom line acquisition price. Linda is both experienced and knowledgeable in her market place and has a great support team in place at Century 21 Advantage. The storage unit and use of moving trucks is possibly the best added value service that a real estate firm can provide in both the selling and moving process.
They new my budget and found homes in my price range didnt waste any of my time showing me homes i couldnt afford. They also have very quick responce time. They are real and down to earth

We weren't getting very much help from a different agent at a different agency, but then we switched to Brad and he was exactly what we needed. Very helpful and genuine. He didn't pressure us in making a decision and wanted to make sure we were happy with what we were getting. Our first realtor seemed annoyed, but Brad answered all our questions and made the process smooth for us first time home buyers. Love our new home!
It was great working with Jeremy. We never had to wait for a response to our questions and he was extremely flexible which was very important to us since we were living over 2 hours away. Jeremy was very helpful with local resources such as a mortgage lender and home security system. Our confidence level in actually finding the right house to be close to grandchildren was very low but Jeremy worked with us until we found the perfect house. We would highly recommend Jeremy!
Karen was amazing! She listened to every request we had regarding the house and the location. She was constantly sending us houses that met those requests to review and was very flexible with showing us houses when it came to our difficult schedule. She made the entire process so incredibly smooth. If we ever move again she's the first person we'll call. We highly recommend Karen!
