Verified Renter It's a decent apartment at an inflated price. Rent has gone up almost 41% since I first moved in. My paycheck on the other hand has gone up only about 18% in the same time period...

Verified Renter I recently moved to the area and into The Linden. My apartment is sunny and bright. I love the open concept layout with large kitchen island and stainless appliances. The amenities here are plenty--a community area/ lounge, gym, pool, bicycle storage, daily valet garbage removal to name a few. It is also pet friendly. The staff are welcoming and professional, For me, The Linden was the right choice for my move to the Charlotte area.

Verified Renter Absolutely love it, the location and amenities are great. Being within walking distance to a grocery store. There are plenty of places to eat and things to do. It’s a short drive to Charlotte or Mooresville, close and easy access to the interstate.
