Not worth it If you work from home or want a peaceful place to live, do not choose this apartment. They will walk you around and show you a unit, however not disclose the many events that happen on the greenway or the loud cars that drive up and down the streets. AND beware of renting an apartment by the trash compactor areas. There are no designated times trash is picked, so you will hear loud waste collectors and their trucks at ALL HOURS of the day and night. I would not... (Verified Renter) I would not recommend because some new tenants start smoking in their patios or inside their apartment units and all that horrible smell started to transfer to other apartments.
Rules are not... (Verified Renter) Rules are not followed with the signs indicating no skateboarding Alot of ppl don't clean up after their pets after going to the bathroom. Sheets, bed coverings etc shouldn't be allowed to hang on balconies to dry. Makes the community look trashy.
The apartments are... (Verified Renter) The apartments are very beautiful but I have many concerns about the property. There are neighbors across from me that are so loud every weekend, they spend hours outside of their garages and spill out into the parking lot, playing all sorts of throwing games, etc. These neighbors go until 1:00 am in the morning.
