Unfortunately, I don’t see us using The Lodge for future boarding after my furbabies most recent stay. If your considering boarding, I Highly encourage you to have the camera and be vigilant with the care your pups receiving as things are not always as advertised! Had to make several calls to the lodge to figure out why my pup wasn’t getting the things advertised in his lodging package. Very disappointed for the amount of money it costs to board here. **Today I had someone from the lodge contact me to follow up. Although we... read more

Thank you for taking the time to speak with me Mrs. Kelley. We appreciate your feedback and we are making strides to improve on a daily basis. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience.
I’m not sure what has happened to this place but, it has gone down hill. I use to send my dog here and loved it because he could swim and felt my dog was cared for. My dog was just there for 6 days and we had a HORRIBLE experience. First off, I signed up for the gold package along with boarding (prices are insane now!). This package includes a daily photo along with full day daycare (because it isn’t included in the boarding). I got photos 3 days out of the 6 and this was after I called to complain. Then they informed me t... read more

Hi Jennifer. We're sorry you had a less than pleasant experience. I assure you Ryder had a great time with us and made some new friends. We acknowledge missing some photos and were able to apply a discount when your husband picked up. We didn't have him scheduled for a bath before leaving, but we're happy to provide you that service if you choose to come back. Thank you for your review.
You lost Bailey and that is not the First dog .... 🥵😡🥵😡😢😢🥵😡 the only dog list at your Facility from your reviews !
This pet lodge LOST our family dog (who is basically still a puppy). “Somehow” he escaped. When sharing the Lost Dog post on Facebook, we came across another person who had the same testimonial!! This place seems to be building a habit of dogs getting loose and clearly have not fixed the issue.
They used to be affordable now they changed their prices and boarding doesn't include doggy daycare anymore so it's become extremely pricey likely will have to find a different place to board our dog
Please, if you want your pets, never leave them there, I made that mistake and lost my puppy. The worst thing is that no one ever wanted to attend to me to give me an explanation. the loss of a loved one is irreparable, please do not sponsor this place.
Business response:
Chantier - we're very sorry to hear about the loss of your puppy. However, I think you may have mixed us up with another place. We don't have anyone matching your name in our system, and we have not had a loss in our resort. Our hearts go out to you during this difficult time.
So glad The Lodge is now requiring H3N8 & H3N2 vaccinations. Clearly shows they put the dogs' health first. Will always board with The Lodge! :-) A year later & we boarded all 3 dogs for 10 days. We got a call that a kennel worker had seen worms in 1 dog’s💩. Since we were picking them up in a matter of days we declined their offer to take the dog & the💩to the vet to get meds. After we got home, I dug around in💩for 3 days until I found worms - tapeworms to be exact. Can’t thank The Lodge & their workers enuf!!!🙌🏻 They ... read more
