I tried to resolve my complaint via the manager but it has been a week and they are no longer replying to me not did they every give me any response other than to say they would respond in 24-48 hours which they never did. I cannot recommend this place for daycare. I brought my dog 3 x and I will say the first two times the staff deemed attentive. however the third time and many times after that I checked the cameras to see if I should send her back I saw terrible sights. on my dogs third day, the small dogs were unattende... read more

RecommendedSo glad The Lodge is now requiring H3N8 & H3N2 vaccinations. Clearly shows they put the dogs' health first. Will always board with The Lodge! :-) A year later & we boarded all 3 dogs for 10 days. We got a call that a kennel worker had seen worms in 1 dog’s💩. Since we were picking them up in a matter of days we declined their offer to take the dog & the💩to the vet to get meds.
