Not trustworthy or helpful towards tenants. So if you are in a bind looking for a place do not come here. They have been charging folks $150 late fee after three days. And if you don’t pay the whole rent fee at that moment(150 included), then They charge 10 dollars per day on top of the $150 late fee. Even during COVID times. As we all are dealing with losing jobs and not being able to work full time. They at first didn’t charge late fees. But they started about three months ago cold Turkey. Verified Renter We have enjoyed our life at The Boulders because of the friendly and efficient management and maintenance. They care about us! The apartment layout suites our needs very well. We do not have dogs but our 5 year old daughter and us love to pet them and talk to their owners.

Verified Renter We love living at the Boulders. The apartments are well maintained, clean, and are very comfortable. We are fortunate to have spectacular views of the mountains, and the balconies are lovely. Our only word of caution is that the B2A floorplan has a tiny kitchen. Community - The grounds are beautiful (stunning fall colors on each tree), the residents are friendly, and there are lots of amenities (pool, hot tub, yoga studio, gym, BBQ patio).
