Verified Renter We have been here just over six months and have loved every minute of it - great location, wonderful staff and great amenities. We were former home owners in the MidWest and feel like we are constantly on vacation in our new home.
Eh Quiet complex, on the north end of Boulder. Biggest bummer is that the units don't get much natural lighting, and that interiors are a bit dated. Quick access to major routes in and out of town. Good property manager though, had a plumbing issue and had someone out to take care of things within the hour! Better than anything else you get in Boulder.
Aspen Grove is great Recently moved to Boulder and really love the Aspen Grove condos. The inside of our unit is lovely - hardwood floors, multiple windows, fire place, plus a balcony. The grounds are also really great - tons of trees, a dog park, a multi use trail runs through it, and a huge lap swimming pool sauna! It's quiet and friendly, and you can walk and bike to so many places, it's a great location!
